How far ahead do I need to book?

Booking 3-6 months ahead is recommended and sooner during the peak season. I recommend 28-36 weeks of pregnancy for maternity sessions and 4-14 days for newborn sessions.

How do I book you?

Simply send us an email through the contact form, and we will get you set up. A session retainer is required to hold your date, and we require product package to be chosen during your contract signing. Package fees are due one week prior to session.

What is the session retainer?

The session retainer covers HGK Photography's time and talent, post-processing, online gallery delivery, and travel time. The session retainer does not include any hard products.

How Many Photos Do We Get?

Typically 400+ for weddings & 150+ elopements, 50+ for candid/life story, and 15 for editorial sessions.

What Payment Do You Take?

Credit cards, debit, and cash in-person or through my online payment system.

Any Payment plans?

Easy payment plans are available and wedding payments are set up into monthly installments automatically.

Can I add more hours to a session?

Yes, additional hours of photography can be added to each session and package. Please ask for details.

How long does it take to receive our images?

Your gallery will be ready within 4-5 weeks for weddings and 2-3 weeks for elopements. Photos from engagement sessions will be ready within 1-2 weeks. Other life story/candid and editorial photos will be ready in your online gallery within 1-2 weeks.

Can we use the poses I found off pinterest during my session?

I go to Pinterest for ideas and inspirations and it helps me out with my everyday life. With my photography style though, I produce images that are sincere and not contrived - this way, you can enjoy images that are unique to you.
